Proxy Settings

fmPreferences - Proxy Settings Management

If you're using Proxy you might want to check the proxy settings for your Store Manager. 

You can specify these settings in Tools -> Preferences -> Internet Settings manually or press Auto to retrieve it from the local Internet options.
